I have used Rob’s service for my own home as well as two tenanted properties within the past few months.

Rob was just amazing in the way he was able to take my ideas to create a second bathroom/ en-suite from out of an existing hallway, in my home.  He was faced with barriers at every point along the way because of the tightness of the space, but what I now have is just as I envisioned. It has the *wow* factor.  Everyone that sees it says that too, and they all want one !  This is how Rob’s business flourishes ! By word of mouth.

Rob has done similar work for me on two rental properties.  One was to create a parking space that a neighbour had crimped away.  It involved reshaping the roof and laying a floating concrete plinth  . It now functions as it should but also looks stylish. He is Good!
